Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in San Ramon, CA to deliver professional phlebotomy services across PSCs and client sites. You will collect specimens, ensure patient identification, and maintain quality through accurate labeling and data entry in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires valid phlebotomy certification in applicable states and willingness to travel up to 75% within the territory. Monday–Friday schedule with rotational weekends and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy license required; CA, NV, WA, and LA vary by state.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and confirm specimen labeling accuracy; data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, split, and store as required.
• Research test and patient information and verify orders using lab systems.
