Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional to cover a national territory with a leading client. The role involves promoting products, building relationships with physicians, and developing a territory plan to influence prescribing decisions.

You will collaborate with a nationwide sales team, travel as needed (including overnights/weekends), and leverage clinical data to support discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and brand.
• Utilize defined selling model by obtaining maximum commitment from customers on every call to impact territory results.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence and tailor discussions to physicians’ needs.
