Syneos Health is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Williamsburg, VA. You will join a nationwide sales team and manage an assigned territory, promoting a leading client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals.

Travel within territory is required as part of the role. The position emphasizes building relationships, understanding clinical studies and managed care, and meeting a two-year sales experience requirement across pharma or related fields.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Must live within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and build the client’s brands.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult and tailor discussions to physicians' needs.
