Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is hiring a field-based pharmaceutical sales professional in the Hampton, VA area. You will join a nationwide sales team, promoting products to physicians and healthcare professionals within your territory and building a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.

You will develop relationships with influential customers, leverage clinical and managed care knowledge, and travel as needed, including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years pharma/medical sales or related B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client products to physicians and healthcare professionals in the territory.
• Develop and manage an assigned territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and brand uptake.
• Apply the selling model to maximize commitment on every call and drive engagement.
