Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a nationwide sales team, managing an assigned territory and promoting client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals within Hampton, VA and surrounding areas.

You will develop territory business plans, build influential relationships, leverage clinical data, and tailor discussions to providers’ needs while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnights and weekends.
• Must reside within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Promote client’s products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals and develop territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to drive loyalty.
• Use defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call.
• Leverage clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions to provider needs.
• Collaborate with nationwide sales team to achieve territory goals.
• Be willing to travel to cover territory and attend meetings.
