Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a high-energy sales professional to manage an assigned territory on a nationwide team. You will promote client products to physicians and other health professionals, build key relationships, and develop territory business plans to influence prescribing decisions.

The role requires 2 years of relevant sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals within the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to drive loyalty and brand adoption.
• Utilize a defined selling model to maximize commitment on each call and achieve positive territory engagement.
• Leverage knowledge of clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions to physicians’ needs.
