Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Sales Representative to develop and manage an assigned territory. You will deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals, and collaborate with the team to execute an integrated territory business plan to maximize sales.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales, a proven track record of top-tier sales accomplishments, and the ability to identify key decision

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and develop positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Experience delivering clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve &/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales
• Develop & build professional relationships with key HCPs in assigned geography
• Drive appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull through within local payers & community HCPs
• Leverage insights & knowledge of therapeutic, market, & competitor information to effectively manage business & challenges
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
• Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, & strong customer dedication
