Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a leading Biopharmaceutical partner in Bozeman, MT. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, execute territory business plans, and deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals.

The role requires a BA/BS (Life Sciences preferred) and 2+ years in pharma sales or internship experience, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (Life Sciences preferred).
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or related internship/degree.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication and account management skills; able to learn and convey product and disease state information.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory using a territory plan.
• Identify key influencers and target customers; ensure regular coverage of the territory.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of the healthcare delivery system and key personnel.
• Analyze local market trends to craft a strong business plan for the region.
• Collaborate with peers and brand teams to provide excellent customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales activities; complete admin tasks timely.
