Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive growth in an assigned Billings, MT territory.

You will build relationships with physicians, researchers, and other healthcare professionals, delivering brand-specific clinical presentations and executing territory plans to maximize sales. The role requires a BA/BS with life sciences preferred and 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience or related internships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Life sciences background preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or internship.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
• Deliver clinical brand specific presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of the health care delivery system within each assigned customer, including physician hierarchy, key pharmacy personnel, and clinical nursing staff.
• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and understanding of local and regional market trends.
• Analyze local trends, identifying long and short-term goals to craft a strong product business plan.
• Collaborate with peers in the sales organization, brand team and other support partners to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company brand strategy and tactics within their assigned geographic area.
• Participation in training and development programs.
• Maintain adherence and compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.
