Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional to lead growth in the Dallas territory. You will develop and execute a territory plan, deliver brand presentations to physicians, and build relationships with health care professionals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in pharma sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record of exceeding goals, with strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to navigate healthcare offices and build relationships.
• Solid organizational skills and territory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated territory business plan.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals.
• Achieve/exceed sales goals in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key HCPs in the geography.
• Coordinate with payers and local providers to maximize pull-through.
• Leverage market and competitor insights to guide strategy and execution.
