Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional to join a nationwide team. This role focuses on developing a territory, promoting client products to physicians, and building lasting professional relationships while traveling as needed.

Responsibilities include strategic territory planning, leveraging clinical study knowledge, and maximizing customer commitment on calls to drive sales results across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years' pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or business-to-business sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
• Appropriate disease state experience (respiratory, immunology, diabetes, etc.).
• Documented history and proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client's products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and brand alignment.
• Utilize defined selling model to maximize commitment from customers on every call.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult and influence customers.
