Job summary

Syneos Health, Plano-based, seeks a high-energy sales professional to join our nationwide team. You will develop and manage an assigned territory, promote the client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals, and influence prescribing decisions.

You’ll build relationships with influential customers, use our selling model to maximize commitment on calls, and tailor discussions using clinical study and managed care knowledge. Travel may be required, including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or business to business sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote client products to physicians and healthcare professionals within territory and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory to enhance loyalty and brand.
• Utilize defined selling model by securing maximum commitment from customers on every call to improve territory engagement results.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions with physicians and maintain relationships.
