Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Morehead, Kentucky, is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our nationwide team. You will promote products and manage an assigned territory, building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to influence prescribing decisions.

The role requires at least 2 years of pharmaceutical or related sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
• Documented history and proven track record of sales success

Responsibilities

• Promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in the territory and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory to enhance company and/or product loyalty and build the client’s brands
• Utilize defined selling model by obtaining maximum commitment from customers on every call to impact positive territory engagement results
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence and maintain customer relationships; customize discussions with physicians based on their needs
• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or business to business sales experience
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
• Mandatory travel including overnights and weekends as required
