Abbott is looking for a Territory Business Manager to drive sales in the designated territory. You will visit doctors, engage chemists, manage distributors, and promote products to meet prescription targets across the assigned region.

The role requires strong communication, analytical ability, and self-motivation with a focus on results, and involves significant field activity in a remote or partially remote setup.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level pharma qualification (BSc/B.Pharm).
• 2–5 years field sales or medical representative experience.
• Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Doctor visits: Conduct regular visits to doctors to promote products and answer questions.
• Chemist engagement: Build and maintain relationships with chemists for product availability and visibility.
• Distributor management: Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely delivery and manage inventory.
• Sales targets: Achieve sales targets by promoting products and driving prescription generation.
• Product promotion: Implement promotional strategies to increase product awareness and market share.
• Competition analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
