Job summary

The Dobbs Truck Group is seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative for the Little Rock, Arkansas area. This role focuses on developing and growing customer relationships, driving aftermarket parts and service sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing territory sales activities, establishing relationships with fleet operators, and promoting Dobbs Truck Group’s full suite of aftermarket solutions. A strong background in heavy-duty truck parts or aftermarket sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy-duty truck parts or aftermarket sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned territory to grow parts and service business.
• Establish relationships with maintenance managers and purchasing contacts.
• Analyze customer purchasing patterns to identify sales opportunities.
