Dayspring Restoration is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Greater Butte territory. You will build relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and commercial clients to drive emergency restoration referrals.

You'll meet prospects in person, present our services, and manage a growing pipeline in our CRM. A base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commission offers income potential of $100K+ with strong ramp-up bonuses and full benefits.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and networking events throughout the territory.
• Comfort using CRM and mobile/web tools to manage pipeline, scheduling, and follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Meet face-to-face with agents, adjusters, property managers, and contractors across the territory.
• Prospect new commercial accounts through networking and in-person visits.
• Conduct consultative conversations about emergency response, mitigation, and restoration with partners.
• Present our services and emergency response capabilities to decision-makers.
• Track pipeline and activities in the CRM from any device.
