Dayspring Restoration is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive B2B outside sales in Great Falls, MT. You will identify property-damage-related prospects, earn trust before they need services, and become the primary contact for restoration needs in your territory.

The role blends new relationships with nurturing existing ones, and it requires evening industry events and travel as needed. The package includes a $60,000 base salary, uncapped commission, six months of guaranteed minimum

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Comfort with cold outreach and in-person introductions.
• Self-discipline to run your own territory, calendar, and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize high-value accounts.
• Coachable and able to follow a proven process.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Willingness to travel the territory and attend evening industry events.

Responsibilities

• You will act as the commercial sales presence for a restoration company in the Great Falls market.
• Find businesses and professionals who deal with property damage and earn their trust before they need you.
• Be the go-to call when water, fire, or storm damage hits.
• Balance opening new relationships with deepening existing ones; not a desk job.
