Job summary

RestorePro seeks an Outside Sales Representative to own the Greater Greenville, SC commercial relationships. This field-based role focuses on developing a referral-driven pipeline with property managers, insurers, and facility leaders.

You will prospect, network, and visit on-site to educate clients on mitigation and restoration solutions. The position offers a base salary of $65K–$75K plus uncapped commissions, with $100K+ income potential, plus a company vehicle and gas card.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• CRM experience or familiarity.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and networking events, including some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with property managers, adjusters, and facility leaders in your territory.
• Open new accounts through prospecting, cold outreach, and in-person visits.
• Engage in consultative conversations about how clients handle property damage and RestorePro emergency response.
• Educate partners and clients on mitigation and restoration solutions.
• Log activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in the CRM and manage relationships.
