Dayspring Restoration is seeking a Field Sales Representative – Restoration Services to drive B2B outside sales in the Great Falls market. You’ll build a book of business with property managers, insurers, facility managers, and contractors, becoming the trusted partner when damage occurs.

The role offers a $60,000 base, uncapped commissions with a six‑month ramp, a vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience with cold outreach and in-person introductions.
• Ability to manage a territory and schedule independently.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel the territory and attend events.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a territory book of business in Great Falls and surrounding area.
• Prospect and secure relationships with property managers, insurers, facility managers, and contractors.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets with uncapped commissions.
• Attend evening events, chamber meetings, and industry functions.
• Maintain a regular pipeline and provide activity updates.
