Dayspring Restoration is actively seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative for the Greater Butte territory. You will cultivate relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and contractors to convert opportunities into recurring commercial work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and networking events.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort using CRM and mobile/web tools to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with agents, adjusters, property managers, and contractors across the territory.
• Prospect new commercial accounts via networking and in-person visits.
• Present services and emergency response capabilities to decision-makers.
• Track pipeline and follow-ups in CRM from any device.
• Support operations to ensure jobs are handled well, maintaining partner trust.
