Job summary

Dayspring Restoration is seeking an outside sales professional to own the Greater Butte territory in Montana. The role focuses on building a referral network with insurance agents, property managers, and contractors, driving commercial opportunities, and delivering emergency restoration services.

You’ll meet with partners across the territory, grow a structured pipeline, and collaborate with operations to ensure timely, quality work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and networking events throughout the territory, including some after-hours events.
• Comfort using a CRM and mobile or web-based tools to manage pipeline, scheduling, and follow-up

Responsibilities

• Meeting face to face with agents, adjusters, property managers, and contractors across the territory.
• Prospecting new commercial accounts through networking, cold outreach, and in-person visits.
• Having consultative conversations about emergency response, mitigation, and restoration, learning how each partner handles a loss and where Dayspring fits.
• Presenting our services and emergency response capabilities to decision-makers.
• Showing up at association meetings, networking groups, and after-hours industry events.
• Tracking your pipeline, activity, and follow-ups in our CRM from your phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Working closely with operations and leadership so the jobs you bring in are handled well, which keeps partners sending more
