Nelbud is seeking an motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new commercial business throughout Greater Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Northern Delaware. You will own your territory, build lasting relationships with business owners and facility managers, and deliver solutions that protect facilities and people.

This role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and a performance bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and strong support to drive success.

Qualifications

• Outside B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
• Proven success prospecting, developing new business, and closing sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Salesforce CRM experience is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business throughout your assigned territory.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person meetings.
• Build relationships with business owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and facility assessments.
• Identify customer needs and present customized service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
• Grow existing customer relationships by identifying additional opportunities.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity using Salesforce CRM.
• Partner with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience from sale through service.
