Job summary

Nelbud Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new commercial business across Greater Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Northern Delaware. You will own a territory, build lasting relationships, and deliver service solutions that protect businesses and people.

The role offers a base salary in the $70k–$80k range plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and strong support from a seasoned team.

Qualifications

• Outside B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
• Proven success in prospecting, developing new business, and closing deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business throughout your assigned territory.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person meetings.
• Build relationships with business owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and facility assessments.
• Identify customer needs and present customized service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
• Grow existing customer relationships by identifying additional opportunities.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity using Salesforce CRM.
• Partner with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience from sale through service.

What We're Looking For

• Outside B2B sales or business development experience preferred
• Proven success prospecting, developing new business, and closing sales
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A consultative sales approach with the ability to identify customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management skills
• Salesforce CRM experience is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
