Company Wrench in Philadelphia seeks a Territory Sales Manager with heavy equipment experience to drive growth across a defined territory. You will leverage your product knowledge and communication skills to win new business and expand relationships with customers.

This role offers an uncapped commission structure on top of base salary, plus monthly profit sharing and a comprehensive benefits package. Overnight travel is required as part of regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment sales and rental experience or in demolition.
• Strong mechanical mindset with technical and computer skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical or hydraulic equipment is a plus.
• Ability to travel overnight is required.

• Achieves targeted sales metrics for assigned territory.
