Nelbud is looking for an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to expand commercial business across Greater Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Northern Delaware. You will own your territory, build lasting customer relationships, and deliver solutions that protect businesses and people served.

Qualifications

Outside B2B sales or business development experience.
Proven success prospecting, developing new business, and closing sales.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Salesforce CRM experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop new commercial business throughout your assigned territory.
Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person meetings.
Build relationships with business owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and facility assessments.
Identify customer needs and present customized service solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
Grow existing customer relationships by identifying additional opportunities.
Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity using Salesforce CRM.
Partner with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience from sale through service.
