Job summary

Nelbud Services, LLC is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to develop new commercial business across Greater Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Northern Delaware. You will own your territory, build lasting customer relationships, and deliver solutions that protect businesses and people they serve.

You will prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person meetings, and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven success prospecting, developing new business, and closing sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative sales approach with ability to identify customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management skills.
• Salesforce CRM experience is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business throughout your assigned territory
• Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person meetings
• Build relationships with business owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and facility assessments
• Identify customer needs and present customized service solutions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business
• Grow existing customer relationships by identifying additional opportunities
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity using Salesforce CRM
• Partner with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience from sale through service
