Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Residential Trade (HVAC/Plumbing) in the Mobile/Baldwin County area to drive growth by partnering with plumbing and HVAC contractors, builders and remodelers.

You will promote Ferguson's portfolio of residential plumbing, HVAC, water heaters and related building products, visit jobsites, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience with residential or commercial trades.
• Proven ability to build relationships and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasional Saturdays.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, multitasker, and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential plumbing/HVAC contractors and builders.
• Promote Ferguson's portfolio of plumbing, HVAC, water heater, and building products.
• Conduct jobsite visits and contractor outreach to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with branches, showroom staff, vendor partners, and operational support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop territory sales plans to increase customer spend and grow market share.
• Educate customers on products, pricing programs, inventory solutions, and value-added services.
