Job summary

R.F. Fager Supply seeks an outside Sales Representative to drive growth across our Montgomery County territory. You will build relationships with builders, remodelers and design pros, present plumbing, HVAC and bath products, and manage a robust pipeline.

You will conduct regular visits, deliver quotes, coordinate with inside sales and delivery teams, and stay informed on industry trends to deliver expert guidance. A customer-first mindset and proven field sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven and successful outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly.
• Background in home improvement, kitchen or bath related products strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed key performance metrics and sales goals to drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers and design professionals.
• Conduct regular territory visits, customer meetings and product presentations.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects using Solar Eclipse and other tools.
• Generate accurate quotes and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate closely with inside sales, purchasing and delivery teams to ensure seamless service.
• Deliver marketing materials, samples and small product orders when needed.
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
• Represent R.F. Fager with professionalism, integrity and a customer-centric focus.
