Midland Scientific-East is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative who will be responsible for pursuing new sales opportunities as well as providing excellent sales support to current and future customers within their territory. The territory will cover the state of Kentucky and will require travel to Omaha, NE for training periodically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; biology/chemistry or supply chain background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator.
• Customer-focused mindset and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Some laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new sales opportunities through relationship building, referrals, and in-person calls.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Generate quotes, proposals, and follow up on opportunities.
• Provide responsive, proactive customer support.
• Attend sales meetings and product training sessions.
