Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined entrant to join its outside direct sales team. You will target small and mid-sized businesses across a dedicated territory, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

The role includes comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a commission-based compensation plan with bonuses, designed to foster growth and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with training provided.
• Must be able to build relationships with small and mid-size businesses.
• Willingness to obtain health & life insurance producer license if needed, study course provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client base.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present and tailor insurance products to clients and employees.
• Visit local businesses and expand territory through referrals and networking.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
