Berkshire Production Supply LLC in Irving, TX is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our industrial tools business in the Irving/Plano market. You will develop and maintain relationships with customers in your territory and drive revenue through prospecting and closing deals.

The role offers a flexible schedule with a company car, monthly allowance, comprehensive benefits, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Outside Sales experience is required.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to develop and grow a sales territory and build relationships with decision makers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM usage.

Responsabilités

• Develops new business relationships with potential and existing customers and meet KPIs regarding prospecting and closing deals.
• Understands customer business models and product needs.
• Crafts solutions for customers that meet and exceed their requirements.
• Prospect new clients in assigned territory.
• Work to expand sales with existing clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert on all product lines.
• Provide reports on progress in territory and opportunities for growth.
• Respond to RFQs as necessary.
• Travel when necessary.
