Berkshire Production Supply LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Brownsville market. You will develop relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions across product lines, with travel and a company vehicle supported by the role.

The position emphasizes meeting KPIs, building trust with decision-makers, and collaborating with teams on larger projects. A valid license and willingness to travel are essential.

Formación

• Outside sales experience required.
• Ability to travel to Mexico.
• Must be 21+ to drive a company vehicle.
• Proven ability to grow and manage a sales territory.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops new business relationships and meets KPIs for prospecting and closing deals.
• Understands customer business models and product needs; crafts solutions.
• Prospect and expand sales with existing clients within assigned territory.
• Act as a subject matter expert on all product lines.
• Provide reports on territory progress and growth opportunities.
• Respond to RFQs and collaborate with other teams on bigger projects.
• Pursue VMI opportunities and schedule calls/presentations for target accounts.
• Travel as necessary to service customers and close deals.
