Job summary

PTSolutions, a leading supplier of industrial tools, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to develop and maintain customer relationships in the McAllen market. You will drive growth, understand client needs, and propose solutions while traveling as needed.

Qualified candidates have outside sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Outside Sales experience is required.
• Must be able to travel to Mexico.
• Must be 21+ to drive a company vehicle.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience growing sales territory.
• Ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
• Self-directed with high productivity and organization.
• Proficient in Windows, MS Office & Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business relationships and meets KPIs for prospecting and closing deals.
• Understands customer business models and product needs.
• Crafts solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Prospect new clients in the assigned territory.
• Expand sales with existing clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert on product lines.
• Provide reports on territory progress and growth opportunities.
• Respond to RFQs as necessary.
• Collaborate with other teams on large projects to ensure deliverables.
