Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to advise customers, quote products, and manage orders across manufacturing and industrial sectors.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Outside Sales to ensure timely fulfillment and exceptional service. The ideal candidate has experience in inside sales or related roles, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, sales support, or industrial distribution.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial supply, fasteners, construction, MRO, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fluid power, welding, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and follow up to win business.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Operations, and Outside Sales to fulfill orders on time.
• Expedite orders and communicate updates on status and delivery timelines.
• Cross-sell, upsell, and generate additional sales opportunities.
• Support Outside Sales by identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP.
• Resolve customer issues quickly with outstanding service.
