You’ll set your own hours, build relationships with clients, and drive renewals and claims support as a trusted advisor. Training and growth paths are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in a customer-facing role; recent graduates welcome.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Coachable attitude and drive to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify local businesses, connect with the community, and schedule discovery meetings.
• Lead tailored benefits presentations for business owners and employee groups.
• Respond promptly to calls and emails, manage renewals, and assist clients through claims.
• Use Salesforce to log interactions, manage tasks, and measure progress.
• Join weekly strategy sessions to share best practices and wins.
• Build a schedule that fits the businesses served—early mornings, late afternoons, or midday visits.
