Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife services. You will prospect, qualify needs, and present tailored removal and prevention solutions while building long‑term customer relationships across assigned territories.

You will respond to leads, conduct property assessments, and deliver compelling proposals. Travel within the territory and to strategic locations is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience, preferably in related fields.
• Hunter mindset with proven ability to self-generate opportunities.
• Able to travel up to 10% and to Atlanta within 30 days of start.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships across territories.
• Proficient in using multiple software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by prospecting and developing relationships.
• Assess customer needs and propose humane wildlife services.
• Build and manage a pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Close deals, collect payments, and re‑engage past prospects.
