Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by prospecting and building relationships with residential and commercial customers. You will diagnose wildlife issues, present humane solutions, and partner with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience from initial contact to service completion.

Responsibilities include self-generating opportunities, leveraging leads, and closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction and safe wildlife

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
• Must travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start.
• Outside sales experience preferred (pest control, roofing, construction).
• Ability to work in the field and manage your own schedule.
• Proficiency with several software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife issues and recommending solutions.
• Aggressively grow new business in territory via networking and referrals.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands.
• Partner with operations to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
• Spend time in the territory responding to leads and prospecting new opportunities.
