Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. is hiring a full-time outside sales Account Manager in Greensboro, NC. You will lead a territory, build long-term customer relationships, and drive repeat business with opportunistic new accounts.

Earnings are uncapped with commissions and bonuses, supported by a full benefits package. The role requires the ability to talk with maintenance, engineering, and purchasing teams, and reporting to the General Manager.

Competenze

• 1+ year outside sales experience or 2+ years customer service/inside sales in industrial distribution or maintenance/tool crib experience.
• Ability to develop new business and build repeat customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and self-starter with drive.

Mansioni

• Build repeat business and open new accounts within the existing territory.
• Uncapped earnings potential based on network and prospecting.
• Develop strong customer relationships and identify product applications.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close transactions.
• Organize training sessions for customers and monitor market conditions.
• Complete reports on itineraries, expenses, sales calls and leads.
• Monitor orders, follow up on issues, and handle deliveries as required.
