Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to grow our insulation and building products business in the assigned territory. You will manage your own geography, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue with uncapped earnings potential.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales experience, a valid driver’s license for company travel, and the ability to travel up to 75% (within a 250-mile radius).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers (existing and prospecting).
• Independently manage your territory and drive sales growth.
• Deliver effective presentations, negotiate, and communicate clearly (verbal and written).
• Utilize computer systems to process orders, requests, and acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
