Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Fort Worth, TX to grow revenue by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts. The role focuses on providing equipment rental solutions through consultative selling, proactive prospecting, and strong territory management.

You will build credibility as a trusted advisor with deep product knowledge, professional communication, and timely follow-ups across diverse customer segments.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred but not required.
• No specific degree required for consideration.
• 2–4 years of relevant outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting and lead conversion.
• Develop territory plans to maximize customer coverage and revenue.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers at jobsites and offices.
• Educate customers on Sunstate’s equipment, services and applications to meet operations needs.
• Present proposals and negotiate pricing balancing customer value with Sunstate objectives.
• Use CRM to document activity, manage follow-ups, and track trends.
