You will deliver equipment rental solutions through consultative selling, prospecting, and disciplined territory management. Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred but not required.
• No specific degree required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in outside sales or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting and lead conversion.
• Develop territory plans to maximize customer coverage and drive growth.
• Educate customers on Sunstate's products and applications to meet operational needs.
• Present proposals and negotiate pricing balancing customer value with Sunstate's objectives.
• Use CRM to document activity and track trends; maintain timely entries.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders to ensure customer satisfaction.
