Job summary

Honey Bucket Inc., a division of Northwest Cascade, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for the Greater Houston area. The role focuses on building a new territory, developing contractor relationships, and expanding revenue through service excellence.

You will work full-time, Monday–Friday with some weekends, backed by a provided company truck. Expect uncapped commissions and strong onboarding and support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently for public interactions.
• Willingness to travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your territory by prospecting and closing new accounts.
• Develop relationships with contractors, site managers, and project leaders.
• Increase revenue within accounts through upselling and service excellence.
• Provide hands-on support and ensure customer satisfaction.
