Job summary

Honey Bucket – A Division of Northwest Cascade in the Greater Houston Area is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. Build your own territory, earn based on performance, and direct the success of your accounts with uncapped commissions and company support.

You’ll prospect, close new business, grow revenue, and maintain strong relationships with contractors and site leaders. The role includes a company truck and field onboarding, with full medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently.
• Willingness to travel for company-paid training.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your territory by prospecting and closing new accounts.
• Develop relationships with contractors, site managers, and project leaders.
• Increase revenue within existing accounts through upselling and service excellence.
• Provide hands-on support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and a results-driven mindset.
