Honey Bucket – A Division of Northwest Cascade in Austin, Texas is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to build a territory, close new accounts, and grow revenue by meeting customers face to face and developing strong relationships with contractors, site managers, and project leaders.

Qualifications

• This role is part sales, part production and varies by week.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Comfortable with physical, independent field work.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, GPS apps).
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Must be able to read and speak English to communicate and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow territory by prospecting and closing new accounts.
• Develop relationships with contractors, site managers, and project leaders.
• Increase revenue within existing accounts through upselling and service excellence.
• Provide hands-on support and ensure customer satisfaction.
