Honey Bucket is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a Houston-area territory. This full-time role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and a defined real opportunity for revenue growth.

You will prospect, close new accounts, and strengthen relationships with contractors and site leaders, while supporting existing customers and delivering service excellence in a hands-on field environment.

Qualifications

• Role is a mix of sales and light production.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors.
• Must travel for required company-paid training.
• Must read and speak English to communicate with the public.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow territory by prospecting and closing new accounts
• Develop strong relationships with contractors, site managers, and project leaders
• Increase revenue within existing accounts through upselling and service excellence
