Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and manage a territory in the Austin area. This full-time role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and a defined growth path; company truck and tools support field success.

If you are competitive, self-motivated, and enjoy face-to-face selling, you will develop new business, strengthen contractor relationships, and drive revenue while working in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• This role blends sales and production tasks; week-to-week work may vary.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb in/out of a truck, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your territory by prospecting and closing new accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with contractors, site managers, and project leaders.
• Increase revenue within existing accounts through upselling and service excellence.
• Provide hands-on support and ensure customer satisfaction.
