Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Austin, TX territory. This full-time role offers uncapped commission and the chance to build your own territory while representing a trusted service provider.

You’ll prospect, close new accounts, and expand revenue with contractors and site leaders, supported by a strong operations team and field onboarding.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT-like physical checks.
• Reading/speaking English proficiently; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your territory by prospecting and closing new accounts.
• Develop relationships with contractors, site managers, and project leaders.
• Increase revenue within existing accounts through upselling and service.
• Provide hands-on support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company with professionalism and urgency to achieve results.
