Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to cover the St. Louis South Area. You will hunt for new clients, spend days meeting decision-makers in person and by phone, and own a large territory with a focused Top 20 prospect plan.

Success comes from a high-energy, self-motivated approach, meeting targets, and collaborating with the inside team to align sales and recruiting for client needs.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Sales or business development experience.
• Staffing knowledge is a plus, and skills can come from places we haven't considered before.

Responsibilities

• Find new clients: hunter mindset to win new business.
• Meet decision-makers face-to-face and by phone, about 125 touches a week, to set around 10 appointments and build 2 new clients per week.
• Own your territory: target about 800 companies per quarter and plan for your Top 20 Hit List prospects.
• Partner with the inside team to keep sales and recruiting in sync and meet client needs.
