Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to grow local business in the Lewis-Clark Valley, Moscow and Pullman. This outside sales role offers a $50,000 base salary and uncapped commission, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

You will build relationships with business owners, managers and HR pros, prospect for new clients, manage a sales pipeline, and partner with our recruiting team to meet workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business throughout your territory.
• Make calls, visit businesses, and meet with key decision-makers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to meet client workforce needs.
