Job summary

Altitude Development Group in Georgia is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to grow with us. You will work in your own sales territory, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products and services.

We provide extensive training, from online classes to hands-on field coaching. Travel within territories is scheduled but not required, and earnings include weekly draw pay, bonuses, commissions, and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work in a field-based, face-to-face environment.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing business clients to present insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments and manage a personal book of business.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in person.
• Submit sales metrics and activity to manager daily.
• Develop relationships with local businesses to grow territory.
